A Johnson City Man Has Been Arrested For Using Identity Theft To Get Thousands Of Oxycodone Tablets. Police Say 37 Year Old Jeremiah Lovelady Is Charged With 48 Counts Of Identity Theft. The Charges Stem From Lovelady Reportedly Using His Ex-Wife’s And His Current Girlfriend’s Names To Fill Dozens Of Narcotics Prescriptions Over A Two Year Period. He Was Jailed In The Washington County Detention Center Under A 100-Thousand Dollar Bond. Lovelady Will Appear In General Sessions Court Soon.
