The Town Decided To Sell The Dog In A Sealed Bid Auction And Only Accepted Bids Of Three Thousand Dollars And Higher As A Way To Cover The Cost Of A New Dog And The Training Of An Officer. Miller Was Able To Raise Nine-Thousand Dollars And His Bid Was The Only One Submitted. He Said He Has Been Blown Away By The Support And Donations He’s Received.
