A Washington County Tennessee Grand Jury Has Failed To Indict A Gray Tennessee Man Accused In The Shooting Death Of Another Man Outside Johnson Inn In May. 19 Year Old Coty Bishop Was Arrested On Charges Of Second Degree Murder And Tampering With Evidence In The Shooting Death Of 22 Year Old Casey Jones. Bishop Claimed He Shot Jones After The Man Put A Gun To His Head And Threatened To Blow His Brains Out. The Shooting Is Believed To Have Been Drug Related. However, Bishop Remains In The Washington County Detention Center On A 150-Thousand Dollars Bond.
