Spots Are Still Available For The Upcoming Citizens Police Academy Being Conducted Once Again By The Kingsport Police Department. The Citizens Academy Is Open To Individuals Who Are Least 18 Years Of Age Who Either Reside Or Work Within The City Limits Of Kingsport. The Academy Will Begin On October 27th.
