A Two Vehicle Crash In Kingsport Has Claimed The Life Of One Person And Left Another Injured. It Happened Last Night On West Stone Drive At The Intersection Of Sherman Place. Kingsport Police Said A Pt Cruiser, Driven By Rachel Rhoton Was Traveling East When A Motorcycle Traveling On The Wrong Side Of The Road, Struck Her Car Head-On. The Driver Of The Motorcycle, Jack Coffey Was Thrown From His Bike And Killed. Rhoton Sustained Non-Life Threatening Injuries. The Crash Is Still Under Investigation.
