The Victim Told Police He Had Been Invited To Model City Apartments On Saturday By Holt, His Ex-Girlfriend. When He Arrived, Helms Who Is Her Current Boyfriend, Pointed A Gun At Him Gun And Stole His Cell Phone. The Victim Was Able To Flee From Nelms. Nelms Is Still At Large. He’s A While Male, 5-10, 170 Pounds, With Blonde Hair And Blue Eyes. Anyone With Any Information On His Whereabouts Is Asked To Contact Kingsport Police.
