A Former Police Officer Accused Of Robbing A Bean Station Pharmacy And Killing Two People And Injuring Two Employees Will Spend The Rest Of His Life Behind Bars. Jason Bryan Holt Pleaded Guilty To Two Counts Of First Degree Murder And Two Counts Of Attempted First Degree Murder. Holt Went To The Down Home Pharmacy In May Of 2013 To Steal Prescription Drugs. He Shot And Killed The Pharmacist And A 72-Year Old Customer. Prosecutors Were Seeking The Death Penalty, But With Holt’s Plea, He Was Sentenced To Life In Prison Without Parole.
