In Kingsport All City Offices, The Public Library, The Aquatic Center And Bays Mountain Will Be Closed Christmas Day. The Aquatic Center And Bays Mountain Will Also Be Closed Christmas Eve. All Trash Routes Picked Up On Thursday Will Instead Be Picked Up On Friday With Friday Routes Being Picked Up On Saturday. In Hawkins County, The Mayor’s Office Will Be Closed December 24th Through The 26th As Well As New Years Day. The Hawkins County Solid Waste Convenience Centers And Recycle Center Will Be Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day And New Years Day.
