The Kingsport Police Department Will Hold A Child Passenger Safety Seat Checkpoint This Weekend. Certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technicians From The Kingsport Police Department Will Be On Hand To Inspect And Install Car Seats And Provide Educational Materials. The Checkpoint Will Be Held On Saturday From 12 Noon Until 3 Pm At Burlington Coat Factory On East Stone Drive In Kingsport.
