The Tennessee Court Of Criminal Appeals Has Denied A Sullivan County Man A Second Request To Have His Criminally Negligent Homicide Conviction Overturned. Bryan Keith Good Was Originally Charged In The August 2005 Murder Of Michael Mottern In Piney Flats. Good And Greg Nutter Had Gone To The Home Of Anthony Branche To Collect A Drug Debt When Mottern Got In A Fight And Was Shot. Good Sought A New Trial Claiming Ineffective Counsel And That Key Witnesses Were Not Called To Testify In The Jury Trial. The Appealet Court Disagreed And Denied Good’s Request.
