Johnson City Police Are Treating The Death Of A City Man As A Homicide. Officers Discovered The Body Of 72 Year Old Otis Church At His Home On St. Louis Street. Lt. Kevin Peters Said Its Being Treated As A Homicide Due To Marks Found On The Man.. Anyone With Information Concerning This Incident Is Asked To Call The Johnson City Police Department.
