Randy Gerald Harkleroad And Jimmy Allen Hulse Are Both Charged With Conspiracy To Commit Wire And Mail Fraud. The Two Men Reportedly Submitted False And Fictitious Claims For The Repair And Replacement Of Heat Pumps Using Extended Warranty Plans Through A Company In Florida. They Allegedly Submitted Service Work Invoices Online And By Mail For Repairs That Were Never Made. The Fraud Collected More Than 490-Thousand Dollars Through Harkleroad’s Point Blank Heating And Air And A Heat Pump Distribution Business Called East Coast Metal Distributors Based In Blountville. Harkleroad And Hulse Are Expected To Be Back In Federal Court In Greeneville On December 7th.
