It Will Cost You More Money To Eat At One School System In The Tri Cities Next Year. The Washington County Tennessee School Board Has Decided To Raise Meal Prices For All Grades Starting In January. The Decision Was Made After It Was Determined The School System Was Not In Compliance With State Price Guidelines. Starting In January, Students In Elementary And Middle Schools Will Be Paying 45 Cents More Per Meal While High School Students In The County Will Be Paying 65 Cents More. Two Separate Notices Will Be Sent To Parents Before The Price Changes Go Into Effect.
