The Federal Bureau Of Investigation Has Notified First District Attorney General Tony Clark Concerning Nearly A Dozen Criminal Cases That Are Back Under Review Due To Some Of The Evidence Possibly Being Tainted. One Of The Cases Being Re-Examined, Is The Death Of Dolly Gouge Who Was Murdered In Carter County Nearly 30 Years Ago. A Hair Sample Used By The Fbi Is Now Deemed Invalid. Ricky Harris Was Convicted Of Murdering His Mother-In-Law In 1987. A Judge Will Decide As To Whether There Should Be A New Trial. Clark Said His Office Is Currently Reviewing About Ten Cases From The 80’s And 90’s. He’s Confident The Outcomes Of Some Of The Cases Won’t Change.
