The Lack Of Sales Growth Is Attributed To Typical Seasonal Fluctuations. The Latest Data Shows Home Sales Increased By 23 Percent In October Over The Same Period Last Year. Without Numbers For November And December, The Region Is Only 135 Closings Shy Of Exceeding The 2015 Total. Annual Closings In The Tri-Cities Have Increased Every Year Since 2011.
