A New Group In The Tri-Cities Has Been Formed To Help Those In Need. Operation X Has A Goal Of Not Only Providing Food And Clothes To The Homeless, But Also To Create Relationships With People Who Might Be Feeling A Little Down And Need Encouragement. The Group Has Already Gone Around Johnson City Giving Away Warm Clothes. The Organization Is Doing A Coat Drive And Working To Raise 200-Dollars Per Family For Three Single Mothers.
