According To The Washington County Tennessee Criminal Court, A Woman Accused Of Stealing Money From A Johnson City Non-Profit Organization Will Likely Plead Guilty In The Case Next Year. 50 Year Old Deanna Hays Is Charged With Theft Over Ten Thousand And Two Counts Of Forgery. Hays Was The Executive Director Of The Blue Plum Festival And Handled Other Downtown Johnson City Events For The Blue Plum Organization. The 38 Checks Totaled Nearly 50-Thousand Dollars And Were Written Between September 2015 Through The Beginning Of June. The State Has Announced It Will Oppose Judicial Diversion If Hays Seeks That As A Resolution To The Case.
