Hawkins County Authorities Say A Church Hill Man Was Struck And Killed Earlier This Week. The Tennessee Highway Patrol Said 42 Year Old Tracy Arnold Lost His Life In The Accident On Highway 11-W Iin Mount Carmel When He Apparently Walked Into The Path Of A Vehicle. No Charges Will Be Filed. The Investigation Is Continuing.
