Cocke County Authorities Are Continuing Their Search For A Missing Inmate. 54 Year Old David Wayne Frazier And Five Other Men Escaped By Climbing Through A Hole At The County Jail That Was Created When A Toilet Was Removed From The Wall In A Cell Block.
