A New Law In Tennessee Now Allows For An Increase In Alcohol By Volume Limit In Beers Sold In Grocery Stores. The Limit Was Increased From 6.2 To 10.1 Percent. This Will Allow Local And Regional Craft Beer Makers To Expand Their Offerings In Grocery Store Chains. The New Law Also Allows Breweries In Tennessee To Produce Higher Alcohol Content Beers Of Up To 8-Percent Without A Speciality License.
