Abingdon Virginia Police Have Arrested A Saltville Woman Following A Pursuit. Officers Were On Patrol When They Reportedly Noticed A Van With Expired Inspection Sticker And Attempted To Initiate A Traffic Stop On The Vehicle. The Vehicle Gained Speed And Proceeded To Drive Recklessly Thorough The Kings Mountain Neighborhood. The Driver Then Stopped The Vehicle And Fled On Foot. After A Brief Chase, Officers Took 37 Year Old Wendy Reynolds Into Custody. She’s Charged With Felony Elude, Driving On A Suspended License, And Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia. Additional Charges Are Pending.
