She Outlined Four New Goals.The First One Is To Have Tennessee Rank In The Top Half Of The Country In National Assessments Of Education Progress, Secondly, Is To Have 75 Percent Of Third Graders Reading Proficiently By 2025, Third, Raise The State’s Average Composite Score On A.C.T. Testing To 21 And Finally Have The Majority Of High School Graduates From The Class Of 2020 To Earn Either A Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma Or Degree.
