Meanwhile, A 45-Thousand Dollar Transfer Is Needed To Cover The Cost Of A First Degree Murder Trial Of Anthony Lacy, Which Includes A Possible Death Penalty. The County Will Have To Provide Hotel Rooms For 16 Jurors And Bailiffs. The Trail Is Set To Start In March.
