The Washington County Tennessee Budget Committee Has Agreed To Send A Resolution To County Leaders That Would Cap Borrowing For Three New And Renovated Schools At 78-Million Dollars. The Move Is Aimed At Keeping The County’s Bond Rating Safe And Its Per Capita Debt Manageable. The County Plans To Spend 26.8 Million On The Construction Of A Boones Creek School And 20.8 Million On A New Jonesborough K-8 And Magnet School.
