The Audit Raised Questions About Whether Browder Had Ratepayers’ Best Interest In Mind When He Arranged A Multi-Million Deal With Carina Technologies To Buy A Water Heater Switch With His Name On The Patent For That Switch. District Attorney Barry Staubus Said The Case Is Now Closed. Browder Has Apologized And Said The Deal Continues To Save The Utility Ratepayers Money.
