The Ten Percent Tax Would Be Imposed On Tickets To Events At The Sports And Entertainment Center That’s Set To Be Build Near The Pinnacle. It Has A Built-In Sunset Clause Of June 2027 Should The Project Fail To Be Completed. Developer Steve Johnson Is Proposing A Amphitheater, Sports Complex And Hotel To Be Built On The 250 Acre Site In The Exit 74 Area.
