A Norton, Virginia Man Who Allegedly Led Gate City Police On A High-Speed Chase Last Week And Later Left A Hospital Has Been Arrested In Kingsport After An Officer Helped Him Move His Disabled Car Off The Road. 35 Year Ace Rose Allegedly Reached Speeds Of More Than 90 Miles Per Hour. He Was Charged With Felony Possession Of Schedule One Or Two Narcotics, Felony Unlawful Bodily Injury, Felony Possession Of A Concealed Weapon, And Other Charges. Rose Is Being Held In The Kingsport City Jail Awaiting Extradition Back To Scott County.
