A Johnson County Woman Has Accepted A Plea Deal In An Animal Cruelty Case. Caroline Miller Was Charged With Nine Counts Of Aggravated Cruelty To Animals And Six Counts Of Cruelty To Animals Back In Novembers 2015. Investigators Said Several Dead And Neglected Animals Were Found In And Around Her Home. Miller Agreed To Being Placed On Probation For Four Years And, During That Time, She Cannot Own Any Animals.
