A Kingsport Man, Who Was Arrested Over The Weekend In Connection With A Homicide, Has Been Arraigned In General Sessions Court. 51 Year Old Jeffrey Dale Flanary Is Charged With First Degree Murder, Premeditated First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery And Two Counts Of Theft Over 25-Hundred. The Body Of Michael Davidson Was Found Inside His Mull Street Home In Kingsport Last Week. Bond For Flanary Was Set At 250-Thousand Dollars. He Is Due Back In Court On February 14th.
