After Being Shut Down For Two Weeks Due To A Canine Disease, The SBK Animal Center In Blountville And Kingsport Are Set To Reopen On Friday. Operations Manager Donna Davidson Said The Dog That Was Diagnosed With Distemper That Caused The Temporary Closure Was From Bristol. Workers At Both Facilities Have Given The Centers A Thorough Cleaning. The Agency Had To Transition Over 30 Dogs Into Outside Mobile Units And Other Facilities Because They Are Beyond Capacity.
