Kingsport Mayor John Clark Will Be Running Unopposed During The May Election After Two Would-Be Challengers Failed To File Their Petitions On-Time. In Kingsport, The Ballot Will Include Mayor, Three Aldermen Seats As Well As Someone To Fill The Unexpired Term Of Former Alderman Michele Mitchell. Those Running For Aldermen Include Jennifer Adler, Betsy Moore Cooper, Rack Cross Ii, Alderman Darrell Duncan, Alderman Colette George, Robert Ellis, Mark Vicars Jr. And Robert Williams. Two Will Be Running To Fill The Seat Left Vacant By Mitchell. They Are Tom Parham And Joe Begley. The Sullivan County Election, Which Includes Bristol And Bluff City, Will Be Held May 16th.
