A New Kingsport School Is Offering A Different Twist In Learning. Its Called Db Excel And Is Housed In A Wing Of The Kingsport Press Building On Clinchfield Street. It’s A School For Dobyns Bennett High School Students Who Are Looking For A Different Learning Environment That What’s Available In A Traditional High School Setting. Students Do Some Of Their Course Work Online And Spend More Time With Teachers When Needed. There Are About 210 Students Enrolled Right Now.
