Virginia State Police Reports The Crash Happened On Route 19 About A Mile South Of Route 660. 22 Year Old Anthony Hicks Was Killed At The Scene When His Motorcycle Ran Off The Right Side Of The Road And Struck A Guardrail. The Wreck Remains Under Investigation.
