The Pickup Truck Driver, Jeffery Sargeant Of Jonesville, Was Charged With Failure To Secure The Vehicle Load, While 67 Year Old Noah Burgan Of Jonesville Died From His Injuries. Troopers Said The Pickup Truck Lost A Mattress It Was Carrying In The Road. Burgan And Sargeant Had Exited Their Vehicle When The Suzuki Struck Burgan.
