A New Movie Theater Company Is Coming To Kingsport Town Center. Ncg Cinemas Will Take Over The Former Frank Theaters Which Is Closing At The End Of Next Month. The New Company Will Immediately Begin Work To Upgrade The Existing Theater In Conjunction With The Full Mall Renovation Which Is Set To Start In June. NCG Cinemas Is Expected To Provide A First Class Moving-Going Experience For The Community. The Upgrades Will Include An Expanded Lobby, New Fixtures, Improved Signage And Grand Entrance. The Target Opening Date Is July.
