The Washington County Virginia Sheriff’s Office Has Arrested Two People On Felony Drug Violations. 33 Year Old Jarred Skeen Of Abingdon And 21 Year Old Heather Stepp Are Charged With Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine. Skeen Is Also Charged With Ammunition Possession By A Convicted Felon. Their Arrest Stems From A Probation Visit And Search At A Mountain Springs Road Home In Abingdon. Deputies Found Just Under An Ounce Of Meth As Well As Assorted Ammunition. Skeen Is Being Held In The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail In Abingdon Without Bond While Stepp Is Being Held On A 5-Thousand Dollar Bond.
