Under Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam’s Proposed Spending Plan For The 2017-18 Fiscal Year, A Key Building On The Campus Of East Tennessee State University Will Be Renovated. The Plan Calls For Just Over 17-Million Dollars In State Funding To Go Toward The 23-Million Dollar Renovation Of Lamb Hall, Which Houses The College Of Public Health And The College Of Clinical And Rehabilitative Health Sciences. ETSU Would Pay The Difference As Part Of The Deal. The Planning Phase Will Begin In July. Construction Could Begin As Early As The Summer Of 2019.
