A Man Wanted In Elizabethton For Vehicle Theft And Kidnapping Has Been Arrested In Wytheville, Virginia. Coby Wilson Allegedly Abandoned A Vehicle With A Small Child In It At The Dollar General On Highway 19e In Bluff City. The Two Year Old Was Not Injured. Wilson Has Additional Charges On Unrelated Cases, Including Vehicular Burglary, Identity Theft, And Fraudulent Use Of A Credit Card. He Was Taken To The New River Valley Regional Jail Where He Is Being Held Pending An Extradition Hearing.
