The Tri Cities Housing Market For The Month Of March Has Seen An Increase. According To Northeast Tennessee Association Of Realtors President Eric Kistner, Single Family Home Sales Were Up Over 56 Percent Compared To The Previous Month. March’s Average Sales Price Was Up Over 13-Thousand Dollars Over The Same Month Last Year. Kistner Called This “Eye Opening”. Closings On Single Family Home Sales Were 23 Percent Better Than March Last Year. Sullivan County Had The Largest Growth Over Last Year, While Johnson City Was Among The Highest Of The Seven Monitored Cities.
