The U.S. Marshals Service Is Warning The Public About An Ongoing National Jury Duty Phone Scam That Has Been Reported In Our Region. The Call Begins With The Alleged Scammer Posing As A U.S. Marshal Or Other Law Enforcement Officer. The Alleged Scammer Calls The Victim And Tells Them That He Or She Has Missed Federal Jury Duty And They Can Be Avoid Arrest By Paying A Fine Immediately. Marshals Warn This Is A National Scam And You Should Not Ever Provide Any Personal Information Or Money To The Caller.
