A Two Vehicle Crash In Russell County Virginia Has Left One Person Dead. According To Virginia State Police, 26 Year Old Cynthia Panashy Of Bluefield West Virginia Was A Passenger In The Vehicle. She Died In The Crash. 22 Year Austin Stone-Caldwell Was The Driver And Was Seriously Injured. Authorities Said Stone-Caldwell Lost Control Of His SUV And It Ran Off The Side Of The Road And Struck A Parked Tractor Trailer. Charges Are Pending.
