However, She Didn’t Provide Any Care And Just Pocketed The Money. Acting U.S. Attorney Rick Mountcastle Said The Evidence Showed That Branch Came Up With The Scheme Along With The Harrs. In Exchange For Assisting Branch In The Scheme, She Paid The Harrs Around 200 Dollars Every Two Weeks. The Harrs Will Be Sentenced In Federal Court In Abingdon.
