A Sullivan County Grand Jury Has Indicted A Kingsport Man On Murder Charges. 53 Year Old Jeffrey Dale Flanary Is Charged With Premeditated First Degree Murder, Felony First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery And Two Counts Of Theft Over 25-Hundred In The Death Of 59 Year Old Michael Dale Davidson In February. Davidson’s Body Was Found By Police After Going To His Home In The Lynn Garden Section On A Welfare Check. An Autopsy Revealed Davidson Died From Asphyxiation. He Will Be Arraigned In Criminal Court Soon.
