A Hawkins County Juvenile Court Judge Has Had His Law License Suspended For Up To 120 Days For Violating Three Rules Of Professional Conduct. Judge Daniel Boyd Reportedly Admitted To Dishonesty In His Private Law Practice. He Also Agreed To Accept Three Years Of Probation And Will Submit To Additional Training In Ethics And Management Of His Law Practice. The Agreement Will Have To Be Approved By The Tennessee Board Of Professional Responsibility And The Tennessee Supreme Court.
