Carter County Authorities Have Charged Five People In A Shooting That Left A 15 Year Old Boy Seriously Wounded. It Happened Last Night On Jenkins Hollow Road Near Edgewater Road In Elizabethton. They Said The Young Boy Was Riding His Bike When He Was Shot Him In The Abdomen. 18 Year Old Robert Ray’s Charged With Attempted First Degree Murder. Also Charged With Being An Accessory Are Kenneth Lambert, Shelbie Morgan, Benjamin Peterson, All 18 Years Old, Along With A 16 Year Old. The Victim Was Taken To Johnson City Medical Center Where He’s Listed In Stable Condition. The Investigation Is Continuing.
