A Wise County Virginia Grand Jury Has Indicted An Appalachia Man Following A Bloody Altercation Earlier This Year. 35 Year Old Daniel Adams Is Charged With Aggravated Malicious Wounding, Punishable By Up To Life In Prison. Adams Allegedly Told Authorities, The Man Was Making Negative Comments About His Daughter. Meanwhile, 46 Year Old Bryan Herndon Is Charged With Three Counts Of Assaulting And Battering A Police Officer And Obstructing Justice. A Big Stone Gap Officer Was Injured In A Scuffle With Herndon During An Arrest. Another Officer Was Also Struck. Both Men Will Appear In Circuit Court Soon To Have A Trial Date Set.
