The Virginia Department Of Forestry’s Annual Burning Law Is Now In Effect. The Law States There Can Be No Burning Of Fires Until After 4pm Daily If The Blaze Is Within 300 Feet Of Brush Land, Woodland Or Fields With Dry Grass Or Other Flammable Material. Violators Face Face Fines Up To Five-Hundred Dollars. The Burning Law Is In Effect Until April 30th.
