Johnson City Leaders Are Set To Vote Tonight On Second Reading On A Rule That Would Ban Anyone From Sleeping On The City’s Sidewalks, In Parks And At Public Properties. It’s Modeled After A State Law Passed In 2012. The First Reading Of The Proposed Ordinance Was Passed During The April 5th Meeting. The Ordinance Would Apply To Any Public Right-Of-Way. Tonight’s Meeting Will Be Held At The Municipal And Safety Building At 6pm.
