Bristol Tennessee Police Are Investigating An Incident In Which A Bullet Was Fired From An Upstairs Apartment Through The Floor And Ceilng And Struck A Woman In The Jaw. Authorities Said The Bullet Was Fired From The Apartment Above In The 12-Hundred Block Of Broad Street. The Female Victim Was Able To Call 911 And Is Being Treated For Non-Life Threatening Injuries.
