Phillips Waived His Right To Appeal His Conviction And Will Serve A Six Year Sentence. Richard Pectol, Phillip’s Attorney, Said His Client Wants To Bring Closure To All The Families Involved. Meanwhile, Mullins, Who Began Serving His Five Year Sentence In January 2008, Finished His Sentence Early For Good Behavior And Jail Work Credits. He Was Released Earlier This Month.
